FAQ

What is included with my sliding doors?

Your made-to-measure sliding doors include:

2, 3 or 4 made-to-measure doors (fully assembled)

Top & bottom track set (cut to size, matching the door frames)

2x wall strike plates (jams)

Please note: screws, and fixings are not included. The system is designed for a top track to fit to your ceiling, there is no top or bottom to the wardrobe. Your ceiling is the top of the wardrobe and your floor is the bottom.

What about installation?

Josh or Alan will personally install your wardrobe for you for a fair price:

1x wardrobe for $220

Any additional wardrobes for $110 per wardrobe

Flat pack cabinets for $110 per cabinet

Custom cabinets for $110 per wardrobe

Alternatively, you can install your wardrobe yourself using our Installation Guide in the “How To” page on our website. Only basic tools are needed and we are always on the end of the phone if you need help.

What is your delivery turnaround?

Every wardrobe is made-to-measure within 7 days. We will contact you during the 7 days to arrange a delivery time that works for you.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the Perth metro area from Mandurah to Two Rocks. If you are unsure whether you are within our delivery zone, please contact us with the form at the bottom of this page.

What measurements do we need to manufacture your wardrobe?

We require the width and height of your opening to manufacture your sliding wardrobe doors.

Width: Relates to the opening width taken in two places (at the top & bottom of your opening). Please enter the LARGEST of the two measurements in the Width box, this will ensure your door overlaps are correct.

Height: Please measure your opening height in 3 places (left, centre and right of the opening) and enter the SMALLEST of the three measurements in the Height box when you place your order to avoid the doors being too tight.

Please use our Measuring Guide in the “How To” page of our website to ensure you measure correctly.

What is the maximum width and maximum height?

Height: The maximum height is 2450mm.

Width: The maximum width per sliding door is 1070mm.

If your wardrobe opening is wider than 4280mm, please contact us for a quote via the contact form below or call the number at the bottom of this page.

What should I do if I have carpet?

If you are installing the wardrobe doors onto carpet, ensure that you push down hard into the carpet with the tape measure when measuring for a true reading.

What if my floor, ceiling or walls are uneven?

Our wardrobe doors are built with some tolerance which will allow for minor adjustments.

Check if your opening is level by using a spirit level. If your floor, ceiling or walls are uneven it is important you use the LARGEST measurement for the WIDTH and the SMALLEST measurement for the HEIGHT.

Please use our Measuring Guide in the “How To” page of our website to ensure you measure correctly.

What if my ceiling is higher than the maximum door height?

The maximum height our sliding wardrobe doors can be installed in is 2450mm. Should your ceiling height be higher than this, we can accommodate by offering a header panel. If you need any advice, please contact us.

What is the depth of your wardrobes?

You are purchasing doors and tracks to fit wall to wall and floor to ceiling.

Unless you have or are purchasing wardrobe interiors or cabinetry, the depth can be whatever you need it to be as you can install the doors and tracks any distance from the back wall.

In situations where you are purchasing cabinetry with drawers from our website, you’ll need to allow a minimum of 520mm from the back wall to the BACK of the tracks to allow for the free sliding of the doors.

A total distance of 650mm from the back wall to the FRONT of the track is recommended. However, in situations where you have not got that much space, shelves can be cut down to allow for narrower depths. Please note that our drawers cannot be reduced in depth.

If you have any questions about the depth of your wardrobe, please contact us using the form below or call the number at the bottom of this page.

What if I need end panels?

Should you require end panels for your wardrobe, please contact us for a quote using the form below or call the number at the bottom of the page.
